Detailed terms are attached to each engagement letter; these apply by default.

Scope
Defined in the engagement letter and amended only in writing.

Fees
Invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within 15 days.
- 03
Confidentiality
Mutual, and surviving the end of the mandate.

Termination
30 days' notice on either side, fees due to date.
